We are a 36 years old divorced father and his 5 years old son (50% of the week with me, the rest of the time with his mommy.)

Excellent location less than a block from the R, and M, Steinway station; 24 hours pharmacy one block away, great restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets, movie theaters, bars, stores, gyms, Laundromat, and much more all waking distance.

Great building renovated last year.
Our apartment has high ceilings, a lot of sunlight, peace and quiet.
Very safe neighborhood, you can walk if needed at any time with no issues.
No pets, because we already have two cats, so please don't be CAT ALLERGIC.
We are very clean and respectful, so we don?t expect the opposite from you.
No smoking inside.

You must have a fulltime job; self-employees or part timers are welcome under excellent circumstances.

My son and I speak Spanish at home so if you want to practice yours, our native Spanish is a perk.

I have no cable TV, if you want it you will have to arrange it yourself. Air TV signal is great though.

Landlord doesn?t live around, but if anything breaks he will repair it quickly.
