Looking for a roommate in a cozy, chill, quiet, and lovely three-bedroom apartment with high ceilings in RIDGEWOOD. The apartment is conveniently located just three minutes from the Fresh Pond M train and a nine-minute walk to the Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M train. It’s approximately 20 minutes by train to Manhattan.
The rent for this sunny room is $950/month (all included).

About the Area: Ridgewood is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with plenty of charm. The apartment is situated on a leafy residential street, and we have a superb deli right on our block. There’s a full grocery store and a laundromat just a block away. If you’re familiar with Ridgewood, you’ll know that cafes, bars, restaurants, music venues, cute boutiques, vintage stores, and galleries are all plentiful here.

The Room: The room is currently furnished and can remain furnished, but if you have your own furniture, we can make that work! It comfortably fits a bed, dresser, and desk, with plenty of space in the in-built closet.

Cleanliness: We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping their living space tidy. Regular cleaning and maintaining shared areas (like the kitchen and bathroom) are essential.
Responsibility: A responsible roommate pays rent and bills on time. They also communicate openly about any issues or concerns related to the apartment.
No Bad Habits: We prefer someone without disruptive habits (such as smoking indoors, excessive noise late at night, or messy cooking practices). A considerate and respectful attitude is crucial.
