You will be sharing the apartment with a friendly, well travelled, city-knowledgeable, Behavioral Therapist who works with non-verbal autistic children.
The apartment is lovely and offers a calm sanctuary after a hard days work in the hustle-bustle of New York City. This is not a party house. It’s for someone who desires a predictable, beautiful, safe supportive environment.
The location proximity to the city and subway is stellar- 10 minutes away from 60th Street and 5th Ave, and the walk to the subway (R&M) is 3 minutes away.
Everything you require is 1 - 4 blocks away. I am well informed on what's happening in NYC and available to show you around the neighborhood or assist you in whatever manner I can. I just require that you clean up after yourself. My pet peeve is hair clogging the drain. Thats it, relax and then I'm off doing my thing.
