The Lanes in Long Island City

I'm looking for a roommate to join me in a 2-bedroom unit. The Lanes is a great place located on Crescent St. near the N, W lines on 36st and 39st or the 7, N, W at Queensboro Plaza.

Amenities include: Broadband internet, Gym, Lounge, recreational areas, rooftop deck with a great view of the Manhattan skyline and laundry.

About the lease: You will be signing a traditional lease along with myself directly from the property manager. This is not a sublet lease - you will have direct access to the building's resources and maintenance team and will pay rent through their website/app or whatever is more convenient for you.

About me: I'm a business professional who works in office 5 days a week, is abnormally busy and pretty quiet. I do everything with headphones in so you rarely ever hear me if I'm home. At the same time, I'm pretty friendly and willing to hangout on occassion with my roommate if time allows it. I believe that a roommate should be like a family member - since we share the same space. Of course, if a person prefers not to be bothered, that is fine as well.

Interests: I love anime, techy stuff, business and entrepreneurship. Anything along those lines are easy conversations to get me started.
