I'm renting out the third bedroom in my 3 bedroom apartment I'm gay and my current roommate is as well we prefer another male roommate as we keep a laid back and informal feel to the place we are both professionals I work from home my roommate works odd hours and isn't home often and we each have a cat fellow cat owners are welcome and we WOULD consider a SMALL dog we all pitch in to keep the place tidy and for household supplies
The room is Partially furnished with a dresser. And you'd need to bring a bed. I would suggest a twin bed, but the previous occupant had a full sized bed with no trouble getting around the room.
