I will have a large size bedroom furnished or can be provided unfurnished. My friend a female Columbia Doctoral student will be leaving to China first week of June 2024. We have lived harmoniously and respectfully in our home I need to find someone equal or similar to share this apartment. It is Bright Airy, large Walk-in closet. Your own bathroom. Full kitchen with appliances, Dining room, living room, WiFi plus logins for movie channels. Extremely clean and modern, might consider a small pet depends, no smoking, no parties. I am a very respectful professional, quiet, a project manager working long hours. We've kept our place clean, drama free as a sanctuary. No tolerance for excessive noise out of the ordinary, dirty, inconsiderate or argumentative folks. Clean energy I'm being totally transparent as for myself. I cook and don't mind sharing, I exercise frequently, bike ride on the local Forest Park, don't mind having an occasional movie night or good dialog. Otherwise I will keep to myself. We've never had random visitors; we've socialized outside the home in nearby Forest Hills great community wonderful food and lounges. I can do short or long term at this point. Ideally a clean quiet, considerate professional with a busy schedule, medical professional, or flight attendants are all welcome. She is leaving behind a nice new bed frame with mattress, desk, nightstand with lamp all can be removed or you can use what you need.
