Room for rent in Astoria!

Hi Everyone! My roommate and I are in search of a third roommate for our Astoria apartment. We are a Gay man and a straight woman in our late twenties looking for a female or someone in the LGBTQ+ community.

3 Bed / 1 bath thats about a 10 minute walk from the Astoria-Ditmars blvd stop off the N/W. This place has it all - washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, ice maker in freezer, ground floor with lots of natural light and lots of storage space.

Neither one of us really cook so the big kitchen would practically be yours! Kitchen is pretty stocked up with appliances, plates and utensils. This place is ready to be lived in!

Your Rent would be $975/mo and the only utility we pay on top of that is Wifi (approx $25 - Fios)
Alcohol, weed, guests and pets are all cool and welcome.
We have a great relationship with our very cool and responsive landlord who addresses questions or concerns quickly. Alternate side street parking is available and not difficult to find.

Both of us are chill and Lowkey. We often like to watch a movie or binge a couple of episodes together in the living room and invite you to join us!

About the Area: If you are unfamiliar with Astoria you will absolutely fall in love!! Lots of cute restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries, boutiques, and of course Astoria Park is just a walk or bike ride away. A very Safe area too.
