Unfurnished room for rent in Astoria West

This is the bigger room of a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Astoria West. I will be moving out in June and am looking for someone to come in as my replacement and be added on the lease along with my roommate in the other room. This will be a lease take over till June 2025.

Internet is included in the rent. Utilities (electricity) are not included in the rent.

The current room fits a queen size bed and work desk pretty easily. Bathroom is shared. Washer/dryer are in the apartment. Monthly garage parking (valet) is available for 325 a month.

Besides the above, you will also have access to all the amenities here which include a gym, conference rooms, work pods, roof access with bbq grills, game room, tv room, karaoke room etc. The NYC ferry is just outside (a five minute walk away), broadway stop is about a 25 minute walk and the building provides a bus service that will drop you off at the station and will also pick you up from the station.

We are looking for someone who is clean and a non smoked. No couples.
