Neighborhood is safe, and the street is generally very quiet. The room for rent is not street-facing. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. within walking distance and Steinway/30th is about a 10 min walk away.

I work from the office 3x a week and like to go out for dinner sometimes after work and "adventure" on weekends. I enjoy playing video games and watching TV (pretty normal.)
I'm outgoing and personable, and do my best to be quiet and easy going. I am very clean and my home is a safe space for all. LGBTQ+ friendly.
I am not into drinking/partying and don't often have many guests over. I am 4 2 0 friendly, but do not want to have a home that reeks of grass.

I am looking for another professional adult- someone who is communicative, responsible, clean, friendly, and ok w my dog. I don't want to have to "mom" any roommate, but to live with joint respect and expectations of maintaining a safe and clean living space.
