Bedroom easily fits a queen sized bed with space for an armoire and a dresser (prior roommate fit those items and a small wingback armchair)

Bedroom comes unfurnished (photos of the room show it as a recent roommate had it set up).
Recently installed hardwood floors in bedroom.

The remainder of the apartment is furnished (see photos of kitchen, livingroom)
Plenty of available cupboard/cabinet and fridge space for your needs.
Heat and hot water included in lease, and I've included Fios gigabit internet as well but
Electricity bills will be split 50/50 between us.

(Hopefully) About you:
I'm Ideally looking for someone who has a consistent work schedule outside of the home (please no one who works from home 5 days a week). Please be be relatively clean and willing to pitch in doing chores in the shared spaces of the apartment. No loud parties permitted, and no long-term/nightly overnight guests (i. e. don't invite your cousins from Texas to stay for a week, or have your partner over five to seven nights a week).

-Proof of income/ability to pay the rent required

-30 day notice if you choose to move out, and I'll give a minimum of 30 days notice to you if you're asked to move out (abiding by all NYS and NYC rental laws)

-First month's rent due upon move-in, and a security deposit of $900
