Comfortable Private Furnished Room

Located in our stately Victorian home with bathrooms on every floor, this turnkey room is fully furnished as shown. All utilities and WiFi are also included plus the long list of other amenities below. This house is super clean and has no bugs!!

For this room we prefer a female applicant to maintain a balanced house headcount. This is not a party house. Unannounced guests, pets, smoking, vaping or electric scooter charging are not permitted.

Centrally located between the 30th Ave N metro line, the East River Ferry terminal and several bus lines.

We only rent to respectful, students, interns, teaching fellows, well educated professionals, or post doctoral fellows. Our typical guests are or have been Fulbright scholars, doctors from various teaching hospitals or from the UN, Amnesty, UNICEF, WSJ, NYU, Salesforce, Bloomberg LP, Jet Blue, Lufthansa, Steinway Piano, New School, ABC Television, Hulu and Kaufman Astoria Studios. We never do short term Air B style rentals. Many of our guests have returned for second and third stays and or refer. Several of our guests have lived here for years!

All guests here are fully vaccinated and boosted. Credit and background review required.

Use of fully equipped kitchen with plenty of fridge, cabinet, counter space and a dishwasher,

All paper products, hand/dish soaps, disinfectant sprays and house cleaning detergents provided,

Owner lives in the house and keeps it in good repair at all times.
