Be my roommate at the beach!

Hello! I'm looking for a female roommate to join me in my beachfront apartment in Arverne, New York. I work pretty long hours as an executive assistant/marketing manager. Two days a week I WFH. When I'm not working, I love staying active, cooking a good meal and traveling. I do enjoy time cozying up with a good book or Netflix show at home. I have two rescue cats who would be more than happy to get pets from you if you are willing. If not, aok as well!

The apartment actually has three bedrooms. If having two bedrooms to yourself interests you, we could likely work that out. I love this apartment and I have put a lot into it to make it a serene, peaceful place. I think you will love it as well. Your bedroom currently has a bed and 2 nightstands, if you don't need or want this, I can remove it. Additionally if you like to Peloton, I am happy to share!

The apartment comes with private street parking and a parking sticker. There is always plenty available and maybe a 90 second walk. When loading and unloading, the driveway is available. Additionally the A train in located about 5 minutes away by foot.

First month rent and $1500 Security deposit
Background check by landlord, who by the way is lovely.
