Furnished Room in West Village

Hello,

I am moving out and am looking for a good roommate to replace me until the end of our lease as a sublet. Our lease is until August 31st.

The room is a medium-sized room that is fully furnished with a futon, full-sized lofted bed frame + mattress, 2 desks, a coffee table, a bean bag chair, a bookshelf, drawers, an office chair, a monitor, a fan, and an air conditioner.

In the kitchen, there is a convection oven, a fondue and raclette set, cooking pots and pans, a knife set, and ceramic plates. The kitchen stuff is all shared use, but a lot of it is owned by me so I am selling it.

The location is perfect, in the west village. The apartment is small but adequate, and we both love living here. We treat the apartment like our home.

You will be living with a 19-year-old student, who is friendly and respectful. He goes to school and works at a local restaurant. He has an active social life and is also practicing djing (therefore you will hear music a lot). It has never bothered me, but it is important for compatibility.
