Hello! My name is Angie, and I’m looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s room in our UES apartment. We have a large living room with a full dining table, separate kitchen space, and a sizable balcony. It is a 2-story walk up, no doorman building, and the apartment is rent stabilized! The apartment is a 6 min walk from the 86th street 4-5-6 as well as a 6 min walk from the Q train. The room available is the larger of the two rooms (10.5x10.5) with hardwood floors, two large south facing windows, one small closet in the room, and one large closet in the living room that would be completely yours.

I am an extroverted girly that loves making new friends, watching shows with my roomie, and hosting little evenings at my place! I would love to share this lovely space with a friendly girly that is considerate but also loves to be a bon vivant!
