Fully renovated studio size room - 8'10" X 17'5" of living space plus the walk in closet plus the private toilet (sink / toilet). AC unit in the room, GYM access, WIFI and all utilities included. Lots of light and an open view.

Apartment / common areas:

This is a southwest facing fully renovated two bedroom / 1.5 bathroom space (1100 sq. feet) with AC unit in each room. The apartment faces Queensborough bridge / some of the Manhattan gorgeous views as well as the main street from the rooms. It is well isolated and very quiet. I was the first one to move in after the full renovation of the space. Everything in the apartment is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped for any sort of cooking / dining (which is highly encouraged).
I am a very clean person and like to keep the common areas as neat as possible. Your room is absolutely your space and will never be accessed by anyone else. NO SMOKING INSIDE PLEASE.

Neighborhood:

It's Roosevelt Island! Super clean and neat area, super safe, family and student populated mostly, as a lot of UN people live here as well as Cornell students ( There is a college campus on the island). You can reach Manhattan by F train which is 3 minutes away from the building ( one stop to 59th and Lexington - Midtown), by air tram ( 5 min away) and a NYC ferry boat ( 5 min away). The island itself has a full infrastructure, a lot of parks, sport activities, ambulance, library, Public Safety - Roosevelt Island police, elementary ,middle, high school, 3 grocery stores ( deli, supermarket and healthy - food store), its own RI bus which is free.

The price includes all utilities and there is no additional costs to the rent price.
