Looking for roommate Midtown East 2Bed1Bath 8/1

Hello!
I'm looking for a roommate to move in on August 1st to fill an open room in my 2 bed, 1 bath apartment located in Midtown East at 2nd Ave & E 55th St.
Details about the apartment:
Price: Monthly rent is $2,175. There is also a one-time fee of $2,000 for the building management's lease renewal fee (ridiculous, I know).
Utilities: Heat and water are included. Internet is $25 a month each, and electricity is usually $60-$70 each.
Central Location:
5 minute walk from Lexington/53rd station (E/M),
10 minute walk from 51st station (4/6 lines),
10 minute walk from Lexington Av/59 St station (NRW lines)
3 minute walk to the gym (Blink on 54th St)
7 minute walk from Trader Joe’s on 59th

Safe and Quiet street and neighborhood, noise isn't a problem

About me:
I'm 24 years old, originally from the Boston area, and moved here this past August for work.
I work as a software engineer in a hybrid setup (in the office 3 days a week, usually Tuesday-Thursday).
I’m friendly, relaxed, kind, and enjoy joking around but will also communicate if there's a conflict or problem. I prefer a roommate who can do the same!
It's extremely important to me to keep the space clean, especially since the bathroom and kitchen are on the smaller side (no shoes in the house, please haha).
Open to being friends but also totally okay with us doing our own thing!
I like to be active and try to gym often and play volleyball 1-2 times a week (would love to find more vball friends)
I enjoy going to concerts, gaming, watching shows/movies, and exploring restaurants
