$1500, bedroom in a 2BR apartment; LOWER EAST SIDE, corner of Broome and Allen
Sublease available April or May thru August with the option to sign the lease in August.

- Small bedroom. 90"x115". Fits a full size bed, a small desk, a clothes rack, some shelves/drawers.
- The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. The bed is tall and can fit stuff underneath. Everything that's in the room can stay in the room. There is also extra furniture/drawers available.
- 6th floor walk-up. Top floor. Lots of light! Very quiet - courtyard facing windows.

- Bedrooms face south. Warm in the winter. Utilities run about $100-150 a month.
- Gas stove. Pretty big fridge. Several laundromats in close distance.

Roommate (me) - filmmaker and professor, from Russia, came to the US as a teenager, lived between two countries until recently. I like cooking, seeing friends, a clean, but functional house, art, comedy, yoga, cooking. I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke in the house. I respect quiet hours, am usually in bed by midnight and wake up around 8 or 9am, sometimes earlier. I am good at keeping common spaces clean. I usually work from home 2-3 days a week and will be gone from early am to late pm 2-3 days a week.
