1 furnished bedroom available in my 3 bedroom apartment. Available now and is available until August 29 2024. The apartment will be empty by September 1 2024 FYI.

This is a 6th floor walk up so you’ll get in shape. The view from the terrace makes that climb worthwhile. The iPhone camera doesn’t do the view justice. Looking for a roommate, prefer on the quiet side personality-wise. Does not matter if you are man or woman. It is much more important that you are responsible and pay your rent/utilities on time. In the other bedroom is a male around 35 and is very stealth. I’m in the 3rd bedroom and I live a relatively quiet life. I stay to my bedroom mostly since it’s the biggest of the 3.

THE BEDROOM: is approximately 7’ x 11’. Semi-furnished. Price is $1650/month. No security but I ask for $100 for the last month’s utilities, I will refund the difference. Total owed is $1750.

The current roommate has a credenza and a chest of drawers from Room and Board for sale.

We are on the top of the building. This home is split on 2 levels with the 3 bedrooms and 2 hall closets and 1 bathroom (your bathroom that is shared between the 2 bedrooms) on the 6th floor and the kitchen/livingroom, my bathroom and the deck is on the 7th floor. Once I saw the deck and the view I knew I wanted to live and that was in 2005.

I’ve furnished the entire apartment and I’ve done a good job of it. It’s homey and cozy. Come take a look and see for yourself.

The F train is 1/2 block away so when it’s cold out, you don’t have to walk for a year to get to the train. WholeFoods/Bowery is about 2 blocks away, Union Market is 1 block away. We are on the border of the East Village and the Lower East Side.

Your share of the Con/Ed bill will fluctuate between $40 to $75 a month, could vary from that a bit. The internet is $25/month.

Also the current tenant is looking to sell 2 pieces from Roam & Board that are 1 year old. One is a large chest of drawers and a small cradenza. He spent around $3000 for both and is selling for $750 for both.
