The room stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer with A/C (unit included). Utilities (wifi & ConEd) NOT included but average between $40-$70/mo. The room and apartment come fully furnished. The apartment has an intercom doorbell with live color video feed for added security.

Currently living in the apartment are a photographer, cybersecurity specialist and a costume/commercial space designer. We all work from home on any given day- we’re always around. We can often be found watching tv together in the living room after work- we all get along and seek to maintain the good vibes. VERY clean apartment, everyone picks up after themselves and cleans up in the kitchen promptly after use. Everyone is super chill, professional, but def not a bring-the-party home crowd, although, we do enjoy hosting from time to time. The apartment is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, just steps from parks and trains. We highly value a clean, tidy home and are looking for a roommate that understands how to maintain an active living space and feels the same.
