Looking for someone that's gainfully employed, on time with rent and bills, clean (very important), responsible, respectful, mature, not a homebody most of the time and is generally busy with his/her own schedule. Someone that will treat the place as a home and contribute to a clean and well maintained place. And preferably someone that does not have a whole lot of stuff like to keep the apartment as quiet and calm as possible with only occasional overnight guests (no staying-in girlfriend/boyfriend). Also, this is a shoes-off at the entrance door, non-smoking apartment (and building), no vape, no drugs, no heavy drinking and not friendly. Plus points for someone that believes in low-waste environment and recycling/reusing stuff so as not to contribute to the bulging waste stream and landfill. We take COVID precautions seriously and expect all roommates to be responsible on their end.

The building is well maintained and has elevators, laundry facility and secured package room for deliveries.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Must be working with adequate savings to cushion any unforeseen circumstances that may happen in the future given the current pandemic and economic situation. Proof of employment and adequate savings required.
2) Minimum credit score of 680 and up.
