The available room is on the smaller size with no closer but you can fit a full size bed and wardrobe. The room is about 10x7 and has a window. Plenty of privacy as the room is on the opposite end of the apt.

The apartment has a nice kitchen with dishwasher, large living room, updated bathroom and in unit washer/dryer! Apartment is located in the 4th floor of an elevator building.

The apt will require you to sign a one year lease. To qualify you either need to show proof that you work full time (and have paystubs or employment letter to prove) and have a credit score over 645. If you’re not working then you’d need a US guarantor (making at least 80x the mo rent).

Move in 5/15 or 6/1.
