Hi! I am leaving my current housing situation and need a sub letter to take over my space until the lease ends in late September. We can all discuss details of the lease and how things work here.
There are 4 other male roommates, one cat, one kitchen and two bathrooms. As of now, no common area besides the foyer. This is a basement apartment with windows facing into the open back alley. On the same level are laundry units.
Very hardworking super who comes in a decent amount to fix what is needed. WiFi is high speed spectrum, the only additional bill of $7/person.
All included $950 besides that which includes Coned. This is the largest room in the whole apartment and the most expensive. Quiet street (Hamilton Pl).
