My two roommates and I are hoping to find a person to take over our fourth roommate’s vacant room starting April 1st.
📅 We are hoping to find someone who can preferably stay from April 1st - May 31st.
If not, then someone who could stay for the entire month of April (April 1st - April 30th) would be ok too!
💵 Total payment per month = at least $1005 per month
- Rent = $975 a month
- Utilities (WiFi & Con-Ed) = around $30 a month (due to Con-Ed bill)
