Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my current roommate's part of the lease starting Aug! The unit is a spacious 2 bedroom, one bath apartment near NYU. There are laundry/dryer units on every floor of the building. Utilities include the internet and electricity. Very convenient and safe location. Near transportation as well (near B, D ,F ,M and 6 train)!
I'm currently a PA student and mostly keep to myself. I do study a lot, so I would prefer someone that can respect that in terms of noise and having people over. I'm also quite clean and would also like someone who is the same!
Costs:
Rent: $2400 per month
Utility costs: wifi is around $40 per person and electric $30-60 depending on the season.
