Bright Bedroom in Gramercy Apartment

Room available in updated Gramercy 2-bedroom apartment! Rent is $2000. I'm looking for someone who will join the lease for Sept 1. Heat and hot water included in rent. Internet is $40/month (cable available as well) and electric is $40-50/month. There's an AC unit in the living room and bedroom. Bedroom fits a full size bed best and has a closet. The bedroom has two windows and gets a lot of light. The apartment has wood floors, new appliances, a lot of kitchen cabinet space. The bedroom will not be furnished, but the rest of the apartment is. The building is a walk-up and has two supers, one who lives there. I'm a social worker, working with young children and families. I have a hybrid work schedule. I have family upstate, so I spend time up there as well. I like cooking, baking, and dancing when I have the time! I don't have people over too often and keep the apartment pretty clean (not leaving dishes in the sink, taking trash out regularly, cleaning things when they need to be). I'm happy to be friends with my roommate or do our own things!
