Double Room in East Village w/ Roof Access

Spacious Double room in the East Village available from end of May!

I am moving out of my double room in the East Village and looking for someone to take on the lease with the existing tenant!

The apartment has a shared living room, with lots of natural light from a sky light, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom!

Bills, including everything and WiFi, at roughly $70 a month. So under $2300 a month all in, which is great value for the East Village!

The room can come furnished as an option, with a storage bed and large dresser, with the current roommate willing to let it go cheap! The room also comes with a very large open wardrobe with plenty of room for clothes! There is also lot's of communal storage in the shared spaces!

You will be sharing with one other person, 29 year old female, and her dog! The existing roommate is very sociable, enjoys music, and works in tech; working remotely sporadically throughout the week.

No preference on gender, but ideally someone of a similar age range; looking for someone else to share and call the place home with!
