Two Rooms Available in East Village Apartment (2 min walk to 1st Ave L Train)
Hello, I am looking for two people to re-sign a lease (7/1/24-6/30/25), with possibility to move in before July 1 if needed. Each room is $1,167/month + electric/internet (averages around ~$45-70/month) with heat/water included. $1,167 security deposit. Rooms will come unfurnished.
The apartment is a 3 bed/1 bath on the 1st floor of an elevator building. No laundry, but laundromats within a few blocks. About 12 min walk to Union Square. 4 min walk to Trader Joe’s.
Departing roommates are sisters. One just got married and the other is moving to upstate NY. Open to males or females.

About me: I am in my late 20s and have lived here for 3 years. I work in risk management with a mix of wfh and work at the office. I am clean and do a fair amount of cooking. I prefer to have quiet hours during the week by midnight at the latest. I’m down to hangout or do our own thing.
