13-foot ceilings, antique parquet floors all the way through, exposed brick wall, queen-sized bed with sheets, comforter and pillows, closet, a large amount of shelving, A/C, workspace table.

The room is wired with coaxial for Spectrum cable if desired, ethernet wiring, and a router for wi-fi.

The apartment has 2 floors. There is a full bath upstairs, and downstairs is the kitchen, a half bath, and a mini-gym/yoga meditation studio.

Time and crime: If you live and work in Manhattan, less subway and more time for living. The NYPD 9th Precinct is just two short black away.

Me: Got the lease. Been here 20 years. Wrote a book, traded on Wall Street, Licensed Locksmith, Handyman. I trade online and write directed research and charting about equity plays. League Director at the best pool hall in NYC. Put beer and pool together, I am there.

Roomie 2: Irish guy and very nice. Quiet. Been here the longest post-Covid. Totally trustworthy. Good person.

Roomie 3: Quirky with a good heart. Licensed Massage therapist with decades of experience. I had a pinched neck running pain down my entire body. Doctors gave me pills. Did not work. 1 hour on the table with the roomie, it never came back.

We have the mini-gym. Very quiet to chill in or push some metal, stretch, whatever. Long hallways on both floors so more privacy.

Now back to our regular programming....

Very long hallways mean your roommate is not next door through a wall increasing your privacy and decreasing sound.

Location, location, location! The Astor Place 6-train is an under 5-minute walk. R, W, F and L are not much further. Bars and restaurants are everywhere. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Wegman’s and Key Foods are close. Paul’s Burgers on 2nd Avenue are the best! McDonalds, Popeyes and KFC are close if you want to die early.

2 bodegas open 24/7 a 2-minute walk away.
