It comes furnished with an AC, a black, full-sized bed frame (four under-bed drawers), a mattress and area rug (both purchased in January), a black ladder desk, rolling desk chair, and wall-mounted book shelves. There’s also a closet and built-in storage above the bathroom. Apartment has high ceilings and wood flooring (minus the tiled kitchen and bathrooms).

This room is priced flat rate to include furniture, ConEd, Wi-Fi, monthly Amazon goods for apartment (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).

I’ve lived here for 5+ years, this suite is perfect for someone looking for privacy while keeping costs low in a spacious apartment.
