Seeking new roommate for 1 year lease!

Hiii! My name is Haley and my roommate and I have been in our current apartment for 2 years. She is unexpectedly not able to renew the lease so I am looking for a new roommate to move in as early as June 1st no later than July 1st!

We have a true two bedroom with a shared living / bathroom space. The rent would be $1265/ month and should be a super easy process to get approved!

We are on the 5th floor but the location is AWESOME. Right in the middle of lower Manhattan steps away from Soho, Nolita, Little Italy, LES and next to pretty much all major train lines.

Your room has two good sized windows, lots of natural light, window AC unit, and can fit a twin or full size bed with a dresser!

As far as myself, I am 30 years old and moved from Texas a little over 2 years ago. I have a cat named Zoey who is super sweet but takes a little time to warm up so she won’t bother you at all! I work from home and then have a part time gig at a wine shop in Fidi (can always bring you wine so perk of living with me haha) I’m pretty social but don’t host much. Otherwise, I’m a respectful roommate, clean, and always want anyone to feel comfortable! I’ve honestly really grown to love this space. It’s the epitome of New York character and on top of that you really can’t beat the price for this location!!
