Looking for a lease-takeover for my bedroom in a 3B1B apartment on the Upper West Side!

❗️RENT: $1,166/month + $1,100 deposit
(rent will be paid through a portal each month, while the deposit will be paid directly to me. when the lease is up, you will receive your portion of the deposit back from the property management)

This 5th floor walk up is located 2 blocks away from Central Park as well as the 110th Cathedral Pkwy subway station, (BC trains). 5 min walk from Broadway and the 1 train, ~15 min walk to a commercial area near 96th, which includes a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target.

Utilities & Wi-Fi included, electric averages out to around less than $30 each for the cooler months, but that price can increase during the summer if the portable AC is used. The room will come UNFURNISHED. It is quite small, but can fit a queen-size bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook and clean. There is a dishwasher, as well as an IN-UNIT washer/dryer combo machine.

Roommates are two young women in their early twenties who dance and work a lot, so the apartment is often quiet.
