Hi all, I am a 28 year old female, working in the city. This would be my fourth year living in this apartment. The great location/ proximity to everything (15 minute walk to the waterfront) and accessibility at this price, make this apartment a steal.

About me: I am busy with my life, have a hybrid work schedule. Love to work, workout and socialize. I am looking for 1 roommate, who is thoughtful, clean and friendly- to fill up the other room.

About the space - It is a SM room, with the advantage being the price point in the neighborhood. There is a large patio that is accessible through the window and adds a sense of visual extension to the space.

Professionals, and females are preferred, but happy to have a conversation around this if you're a student/male and seem suitable. Current Roommate who will leave is a guy and is wonderful and clean so open to considering.

The greatest criteria is to be respectful and have a happy, friendly atmosphere in the apartment.
