Roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for our Sunset Park apartment. The room is furnished with a bed and a dresser. No closet. Rent is $750 and so is the deposit. We're looking for someone to stay at least a year.

The apartment is minutes from the D train and park. Laundromat is around the corner and a supermarket up the block. Utilities are not included with the rent and they range from $100 to $200 each.

She's a nanny, I (f) I work in account management.. We're looking for someone employed, clean, and considerate. Pets are not allowed.. There are none currently. No couples, no cigarettes, and no virtual tours/meetings.
