Room available in PLG 3BR Apartment - (B/Q)

We have a room available in our amazing Prospect-Lefferts Gardens 3 bedroom apartment with a move in date of June 1st.  The room is the largest in the apartment and has two windows, lots of light and its own closet. Rent is $1,200/month (not including utilities). 
 
The apartment is located in prime Prospect-Lefferts Gardens - right by Prospect Park (two blocks from the Q at Parkside Avenue subway station and three blocks from the B/Q at Church Avenue).  There are tons of amazing restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby as well as supermarkets, dry cleaners, laundromats, a Target, Duane Reade and Dunkin Donuts. 

I am a female in my thirties and work full-time in the financial services industry while my other roommate is a female in her 20s who works full-time in education.  We are both non-smokers, clean, responsible, and easy to get along with.  The apartment itself is awesome – there are windows in all of the rooms and great natural lighting.  We have a large living room/dining room area and kitchen with all modern appliances, lots of cabinet space and a dishwasher.

Only serious inquiries please. No couples, children or pets.  Also, cleanliness is important as we like to keep the common spaces of the apartment clean. First and last month’s rent (2x) and proof of income is required for move in.  I am looking for long-term roommates who are willing to sign a sublease for the remainder of the lease term (June - August) with the option to potentially stay on longer when the lease comes up for renewal later this year in August.
