Hi there! Room available in May 1st in our lovely 3BR, 1.5BA apartment in Bedstuy. This is a 2-month lease takeover with the option to resign at the end of the term. Roommates are singing for another year.

-Electrical Stove and Oven
-3 minutes to the C train (Ralph Av Station)
-Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, gym

The room is 10.5’x12’ (including a built-in closet!), with great daylight. Fits a full or queen-sized bed with plenty of room for a desk and nightstand.

The place has a living room and a kitchen with plenty of counter and storage space.

The vibe the roommates strive for in the home is one of tidiness, minimalism, and positive regard for one another. It’s important to emphasize that we enjoy contributing to a clean and clutter-free space and have a rotation cleaning schedule that is split across each of us. Regrettably, no pets allowed.

Looking for someone who is committed to having an apt cool and chill, values a calm and friendly dynamic, has kind-spirited communication, and takes initiative on chores and appreciates the same.
