1 bedroom with private bathroom in 3 bedroom apt

Hi! We have the largest bedroom in a 3br/1.5b apt available June 5th.

The available room can fit a full or queen size bed (currently have a full size loft bed, could come included or i could dispose of it prior to move in ☺️)
The room also has its own half bathroom!
Decently sized closet

There is laundry on the first floor of the building. The apartment is up two flights of stairs. The neighborhood itself is pretty safe and calm. 5 minute walk to the N train, Fort Hamilton Station. Two pharmacies about a block away respectively. Several asian restaurants, and a big park nearby!

Pet friendly (although would have to discuss with landlord). Friendly cat already living on the premises! Preferably women since the other two roommates are female.
