Great apartment in amazing neighborhood

Hi! I’m subletting two rooms in my 3 bedroom apartment starting in July 2024. Located in Cobble Hill. Apartment is furnished including bedrooms, but if you want to bring your own furniture I can make arrangements to put the current stuff into storage, (excluding living room, which must stay as is). Im 2.5 years sober.

1st bedroom (smaller): Large window, closet is in the living room but is directly across from your door. Has a twin sized bed and nightstand. Rent is 1200. Short-term stays will be considered for this room as well.

2nd bedroom (larger): Large window, full sized bed, nightstand. Large closet. Rent 1750.

Apartment has modern kitchen, dishwasher, bamboo floors, high ceilings and large windows.
Building has laundry room, courtyard and gym.

Pets: Owner of apartment has approved my 1 cat but has said they will not be allowing any more pets, sorry!

Trains: Walking distance from F, G, 2/3, 4/5, A/C, and R trains. B63 and B61 are right nearby, couple minutes further are many more bus lines.

Neighborhood: Very safe, 5 minute walk from Brooklyn Bridge Park and a couple small parks (1 minute away and 3 minutes away). Lots of nice coffee shops and stores.
