One large bedroom available in a four bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Apartment is on the 1st floor (two of the rooms are in the 1st floor and two are in the basement yours will be on the basement), kitchen has dishwasher, there is in-unit washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, it is gated. The common areas are furnished, but the vacant bedroom will not be. Rent is split evenly between the four rooms.

Roommates are all in their mid to late 20s working professionals. All have a hybrid work schedule. We all get along, mostly quiet and keep to ourselves, clean, and are respectful of one another.

The apartment is located near the G or A/C lines for easy access to Manhattan. The neighborhood is quiet and safe to walk around with plenty of groceries/bars/restaurants at a walking distance.

Room fits queen size bed plus desk.
