Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment this Summer from June 3rd to September 8th. It’s a 1 bedroom apartment(no roommates) in Bushwick. It's spacious with great natural light and 7 windows throughout the apartment on the 2nd floor. Very close to the J/M/Z train at Kosciuszko St. and Central Ave. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. all within walking distance. Fridge, stove, dishwasher, ac unit in-home and a laundry mat 3 blocks away. Wifi and utilities included. No pets. No parties. Age preference: late 30s to 50s. $2000/monthly. Rent and security to move in.
