Take Over Lease For Large Bedroom

Im planning to move out of state and I’m looking for a mature and responsible roomate to take over my lease which ends on October 31st, however you can renew the lease for another year or so depending on your preferences.
Current roomate is a clean and professional male on their late 30s and I’m hoping to find a peaceful and tidy candidate to replace me.
King size bedroom, rooms on opposite ends, living room separate from kitchen and overall an apartment with great square footage in prime location. Numerous restaurants, bars and coffee shops within steps from the building.
