Looking for someone to split a 3 bedroom

Hi all! I’m a very chill 29 year old living in bushwick I’m a restaurant manager in the city ! I have a wonderful loving 8 year old pup who is my world! I’m looking for a very chill professional roommate to split a 3 bedroom with both large bedrooms are on opposite ends! We’d share the middle one I have it set up with a bed and we can add an office and use it as storage ect. I’m looking for a clean and respectful female roommate no couples. I love a clean house and good energy! Ideally I’d love to have someone to drink wine with and get along both in and out of our living situation! I don’t care how loud you personally come home drunk but I don’t like the party being brought back. Willing to consider pets small dogs or cats that get along with dogs however only one. Must be house broken.
