Room for rent in classic Brooklyn townhouse

My partner and I are looking to rent a furnished bedroom in our Brooklyn 6 bed / 3 full bath townhouse in Bed-Stuy (a few minutes walk to Broadway Ave. into Bushwick). We live on the property in the garden apartment right below the main duplex house.

You will be sharing the duplex with 5 other roommates. All of the current roommates are clean, quiet, respectful, and considerate professionals.

All utilites and high-speed internet wi-fi are included, as well as use of washer/dryer and dishwasher in the house. In addition, each room has its own heating and AC unit.

Our household does not permit any smoking or recreational drug usage of any kind. Also due to allergies we unfortunately cannot allow pets.

The house is a few minutes walk from the J train Kosciuszko St. station, as well as a ten minute walk from the J/M train Myrtle St. station, and a twenty minute walk from A/C train Utica Ave. station.

The rental is month-to-month, and to move in we require first month's rent plus a one-month deposit.
