3 Rooms for Rent - can be furnished

I am looking for someone reliable to be a roommate.

I can provide a space that you're looking for. If you need the room furnished just let me know I will do so free of charge. As long as the location is okay with you. It's on the north side, off of the 215 and Losee. There’s a total of three rooms for rent. It is 825 per room. They are all just about 10 x 13 in size. I will be living in the home as well. It will only be one person to each room. The guest rooms have access to two shared bathrooms. There is a roommate agreement that involves background check, credit score check, and proof of income.
