I’m renting a three bedroom private home in a safe, gated neighborhood in Henderson. I am a 56 year-old female. Must love dogs…I have two very friendly dogs in the house.
You would have your own unfurnished private bedroom, bathroom, garage spot. Free use of kitchen, living room, den area, backyard and all common areas. Washer and dryer are on site.
I am looking for a chill and warm drama free vibe at home. Would love to meet with you for coffee and chat about whether this sounds right for us.
Rent is approx 1100 a month, which is half the rent and also half the utilities.
