Hi, I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2 bdrm apartment with. Home is already completely furnished (except your rm) and ready to move in. Location is minutes from the train station, union center, rt 22, and the Garden State Parkway. I stay to my room most of the time, but the entire apartment would be shared, of course. Feel free to have guests from time to time...use the living room...whatever you'd like. For $1000/month the rent and all utilities would be INCLUDED. No worry about water, gas, electric, or internet. I have Verizon Internet already that I will share at no extra charge. The apartments also have an area for pets to walk and an area for laundry to be washed. Parking is unassigned and can park anywhere in our parking lots. Yes, plural. I, myself, have 2 cars parked. Quiet, good neighborhood with nice neighbors and not much noise. About myself...im a 35 yr old man in the fire inspection industry working for ADT. I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself for the most part. I do not have pets (not opposed to them, either) and I basically just work and go home. My current roommate is moving by the end of May to be around his daughter and that is why I'm currently needing a new roommate. Very comfortable, quiet, and clean apartment with an easy going guy.
