Hi! I am looking to sublease a room in a 2B/1B apartment 10 minutes off College Ave on Hamilton Street. The rent is $800 a month and utilities are not included. Parking is available and there is a washer/dryer within the apartment complex. The room and apartment are fully furnished. There is currently one male occupant in the apartment, so looking for another male occupant. It is a quiet area and optimal if anyone has externships/internships at any of the hospitals near Rutgers University such as Saint Peters and RWJ. The room is available from now until mid-August.
