I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the start of May, or sublease from May-end of Aug/start of Sept. The location is Newport, NJ, which I find is very convenient for travelling to midtown Manhattan (~25 min) and financial district (~15 min). You will get your own bedroom and share a bathroom with my roommate. Rent is $1760+utilities/month, and the apartment is ~3 min from the PATH subway station into Manhattan.
