The Apartment:
The bedroom is available in Newport, Jersey City. We have big closet space, in-room private AC/heater, dishwasher, TV, etc. Monthly garage parking available for additional fee. Temporary visitor parking also available. The apartment complex also has a gym, common area with table tennis and study/business lounge. As well as package receiving. Utilities -PSE&G and Verizon Fios Home Internet are split 3 ways. Water is included in rent!

The Location:
The apartment is located in The Emerald and right across the street from the Waterfront Walkway, with Duane Reade, Town Square, Morton Williams Supermarket, Newport Centre Mall with movie theater, pizza, Chinese food, Newport Green Park and more! Basically, we have all the amenities of living in a city without having to worry about parking or a big commute. Manhattan is only 1 stop away on the PATH!

The Roommates:
2 males. We are into traveling, going to the movies, relaxing, and quiet time after 8pm on weekdays.
