Private room with private full bathroom. Apartment shared with one professional male in late 20s . It comes a full-size bed. The room is relatively small, but the space immediately outside the room can be used for additional furniture (e. g. shoe rack, dresser, etc). Room is part of a house extension so there's nothing above it (i. e. no noise from anyone walking above).

Common spaces are shared. The kitchen has ample countertop and cabinetry space. The fridge will also be shared and has a lot of space.

All utilities included. Wifi speed from Verizon Fios is 1 Gigabit, extremely fast.

About a 15 minute walk to JSQ PATH station. Very quiet, family friendly neighborhood.
