The downstairs living/dining area is sectioned off with a curtain for full privacy and is converted to the flex room. The upstairs loft is used as a common area.

The apartment is called Avalon Cove which is in an AMAZING community in the Hudson with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the Manhattan skyline.

Only looking for one person; no sharing, couples, or families.

Looking for someone to stay at least 1 year.
